Get Answers to Your Banking Questions

Can the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) help me find out if a national bank or federal savings association has been cited for a violation of a regulation or law?

Information about whether a bank is subject to a public enforcement action is available on the enforcement actions page on the OCC's website. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) also releases information about public enforcement actions it has taken against national banks and federal savings associations.

Visit the CFPB website for more information.
