Get Answers to Your Banking Questions

I had a lease agreement on my car. After I returned the car to the dealer, the bank charged me various fees and penalties that I disagree with. What can I do?

Review your lease documents, which are a contract between you and the bank, to determine the fees and penalties that the bank can charge. Contact the bank if any charges appear to be inconsistent with your lease documents.
