My bank provides terrible customer service. What can I do?
If you are dissatisfied with the level of service, share your concerns with the bank.
If you believe the bank has not been responsive to your concerns, consider switching banks. You could ask other banks how they would treat a customer under similar circumstances to those you experienced. You can also go online to research the reputation of banks. Banks realize that they operate in a free market. They know that customers will compare factors such as interest rates and the quality and price of services offered.
